MARDISA Residences was established in 2022 by Nisarat Siralert and Dino Fielenbach with the aim of crafting homes tailored for individuals in Thailand. Understanding the challenges of building houses in Thailand, particularly for foreigners, we set out to make the process accessible and reassuring for everyone. Through collaborative efforts with our clients, we conceptualize, design, and build residences that evoke a true sense of home.

GreenDwell was established in 2009, providing architectural design and consultancy services for sustainability and wellbeing.
Sustainable design is sometimes perceived to be largely linked to energy and environmental aspects of architecture. We believe a human side of sustainability should always be considered, as how people experience space through time defines architecture which is a delight to the five senses and hence people’s wellbeing.
